In collaboration with the Kenyan-German Centre for Data Analytics (KGDA) that is hosted by JKUAT’s School of Computing and Information Technology, our organisation (KGCEN) conducted a career event at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya in August 2019.

During the event, we had a chance to share about opportunities for students to further their studies in Germany, scholarship and funding opportunities for startups and also to connect them with potential mentors who have pursued their careers in Germany. KGDA has been of great benefit to students giving African students an opportunity to go for a semester or internship in Germany. We interviewed some of the students who have greatly benefited from the collaboration. The students who benefited from the KGDA exchange at the University of Applied Sciences in Flesburg shared their great experience here. >>Benefits from the exchange programme between Germany and Kenya
