Our next digital career expert is Katja Theuerkorn, founder of Speak German. Get the Job and an experienced HR and recruiting specialist with over 20 years of experience in Germany. Since 2004, Katja has worked across industries including IT, SaaS, MedTech, automotive, e-commerce, and consulting, supporting candidates throughout the German recruitment process.

After conducting thousands of interviews, Katja identified a common challenge among many international professionals: they often have the right qualifications, experience, and skills, but struggle to communicate their value effectively during the hiring process. Her mission is to help international talent bridge this gap by understanding recruiter expectations, improving their communication, and presenting their expertise with confidence.
