Overview
- Start qualification: 07.08.2024
- Duration: 15 months (including 12 months traineeship)
- Location: Online
- Commercial training skills at Frankfurt Business school
- Salary: You will receive a fixed salary during the entire traineeship – there are no costs!
Your Profile
- You are a refugee or migrant.
- You possess B2 German language skills (certificate must be provided)
- You live in Hamburg, München, Frankfurt, Köln, Düsseldorf or Bochum
- You have a keen interest to work in finance and in insurance sectors
- You have studied at university, you have a diploma or gained professional work experience in finance, insurance and administration
- You can communicate very well and are keen to network.
- You are very well organized and structured.
- You are proactive and a problem solver
What happens after completing the qualification program?
From the beginning of the program, all participants receive a paid one-year contract as trainees at one of the participating partner companies. The goal of the program is for trainees to be offered long-term positions at their respective companies.
