What you'll build

The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) (f/m/d) builds trust and manages strategic executive relationship with customers’ buying center CXOs to address customers’ business challenges. This quota carrying resource drives demand for the LoB solutions using GTM strategy through direct customer engagements and accelerates deal velocity through transformative sales motions.

You will bring in deep industry domain and process expertise to provide strong PoV. While positioning the value through solutions, you translate end state vision with use cases and prototypes to achieve cloud revenue growth through bookings, retention and expansion. On top, you ensure ongoing success to realize sustainable customer lifetime value coupled with AI and Innovation.

  • Build trust and relationship with CXO: Build trust via collaboration and executive relationship and ensure a continued path to success through the Customer Value Journey
  • Position value through solutions: Understand customers‘ business challenges and bring in domain and process expertise to provide strong PoV as well as to position the value
  • Drive demand and revenue via GTM strategy: Focus on demand generation via GTM strategy, accelerate deal velocity and grow strategic footprint for BTP solutions

What you bring

  • Account Management: Expert-level work experience in customer relationship management, sales and software license and cloud subscription revenue; Successful track record in driving solution adoption at the account, creating and managing roadmap for solutions, enabling value realization and promoting sustained solution-led expansion
  • Functional expertise: Several years of work experience in sales of business software/ IT solutions with proven track record in business application software sales; Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy, multidimensional sales processes in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market
  • Soft skills: Strategic thinking with high degree of creativity and innovation; Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders; Thoughtful and results-driven
  • SAP Specific Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP BTP offerings and broad understanding of SAP solution’s portfolio and the business processes they enable are a plus
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in German and English, alongside excellent communication and presentation abilities as part of your core toolkit
