RESPONSIBILITIES
In our unit Regulatory & Research Solutions you lead the global divisional IT procurement team and community through the coordination of important roles and tasks.
- You foster strong relationships and exchange best practices within BASF central IT Procurement, Finance, regional and functional IT teams to collaborate for success.
- Furthermore, you drive the third party IT provider portfolio together with our Global IT Solution Delivery team balancing service quality and cost efficiency.
- In addition, you adress requirements and ensure business continuity through proactively analyzing divisional IT demand and conducting RFXs with central procurement.
- You execute delegated procurement for global vegetable seed IT.
- You contribute with your own ideas to the continuous improvement of the divisional IT procurement processes including ordering and invoicing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- degree in Business Administration
- first leadership experience
- several years of work experience in procurement
- know-how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
- strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
- high customer and service orientation open and motivating way of leading employees
BENEFITS
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
