Germany is struggling with an acute shortage of skilled workers. In order to ensure the security of social standards of the industrial country Germany and its competitiveness in the long term, Germany is now relying on the immigration of skilled workers from other countries. The representatives of migrant civil society in Germany and the ambassadors from African countries can play an important bridge regarding creating a common framework with a win-win impact for all.
